Mill Ends is a circular urban park measuring 0.292 square metres. Situated in the central reservation of SW Naito Parkway in Portland, Oregon, United States, the site was originally created for a street light in 1948. When the lamp post failed to be erected, Dick Fagan, a local journalist whose office overlooked the spot, planted flowers and named it. The park was officially recognised as the smallest in the world by Guinness World Records in 1971.
